The Zyxel GS1100 Switchable Series GS1100-16ES is a slim Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for small offices and compact network deployments. It delivers dependable 16-port gigabit connectivity with a fanless, wall-mountable design that reduces noise and saves rack or desktop space. Built-in Energy Efficient Ethernet and an internal dual-voltage power supply help minimize power consumption while supporting stable operation across typical office temperature and humidity ranges. Robust protection features including surge and ESD guards and a 16K MAC address table help keep connected devices safe and maintain reliable traffic handling, while jumbo frame support and a 1 MB packet buffer enable smoother handling of larger transfers and mixed traffic. The switch provides a switching capacity of 32 Gbps and a forwarding rate suitable for small-to-medium traffic environments, backed by a long MTBF for continuous operation.
